Illustrator: Lars Paulsson -- Photographer. 985 g.; the book has 16 initial pages, followed by a section which is divided horizontally into soup and starter recipes, main course recipes, and pudding & dessert recipes. There are evidently 100 recipes in each section, plus, other recipes printed conventionally on single pages, suggested menus/party menus and suggested that buffet dishes, and index. At the beginning of the book is a foreword by Lars Werko, Professor and an introduction by Stephan Rossner, Professor. Bound in laminated illustrated boards, with a white wire spiral binding. In this book there are over a million menus for the diabetic or anyone concerned with their health, but who still want to eat "luxuriously". Each recipe has a level of difficulty, preparation time, whether or not the dish can be prepared in advance and what style of wine to drink with the meal. Size: Folio (over 12" tall ).
