Crown 8vo (19cm). 112pp. Original pictorial stapled wrappers in a design by Ron Turner; spine a little tanned, worn and slightly torn; some rubbing and scuffing; lower wrapper a little discoloured; staples rusted; a poor copy. Aside from the Liverpool copy and a microform at the Bodleian, no copies located in any major UK library.
