Top page edges red. Illustrated endpapers. llustrated title page. Colophon on back free endpaper: "Engraved and printed by Edmund Evans, Ltd. 154 Clerkenwell Road, London, E.C. I." Front free endpaper bears gift inscription: "Norah Winkelman Christmas, 1966 from her parents." Her printed bookplate is on the back fixed endpaper. No date of publication. Edmund Evans used the address 154 Clerkenwell Rd., the address in the colophon, in the 1940s (not before 1940, not after 1950?). Code 368.456 on title page verso and colophon. In Good+ Condition: lacking 3-cm. of cloth at tail of spine; minor loss at head of spine; cover is slightly soiled; light marginal soiling; illustrations are clean and bright.
