Signed and inscribed on FFEP as follows"Personal Copy Beverley Nichols" 302pp with 23 Chapters and full-page line drawings by Peggy Fortnum. The book came from the library of Brian Conan, who was Nichol's biographer. Jacket has several chips; two centimeters missing from foot of spine and four chips at top edge, also one chip at bottom of front pane at junction with front return flap: but 98% complete. Spine of jacket a little faded, otherwise all VG . Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition. 1950.
