[Film promotion] U.S. one-sheet 'film season' poster advertising the 1973 United Artists film directed by Guy Hamilton starring Roger Moore as Ian Fleming's James Bond, produced by Harry Saltzman and Albert R. Broccoli's Eon Productions. Artwork by Robert McGinnis. Approximate dimensions 27 x 40 inches. Printed on semi-gloss paper stock with the G.A.U. [printers union] symbol present. Folded, some handling, minor creases to r.h.s., title in pen to reverse side. Near fine. Note on Format; the 'one-sheet' is a portrait [vertical] view American or International movie poster, measuring approx. 27 x 40 inches. Prior to the 1980s they were generally issued folded with one vertical and three horizontal creases. This is the standard American film poster format, and essentially the US equivalent of the British quad.
