First edition. xi + [1] + 444 pp. 8vo., half brown morocco with raised bands, gilt spine lettering and marbled paper covered boards. Ex-library with no external markings. Joints tender, corners and edges shelfworn. Frontispiece and title page stamped in blind with embosser. Map and text fine.
