Book is clean, has a good binding, a few of the pasted-on pictures have separated from the pages, there is a child's scribble and a name written on the front free endpaper. Moderate cover wear with rubbing to the edges of the boards and a moisture mark along the bottom edges of both boards- pages unaffected. Feel free to inquire further about this item. lz
