1st edition, published by George G. Harrap & Co. Ltd. in London, 1918. Leather bound softcover with gold gilding. In fine condition. The edges are a little worn, and there is some fading visible along the spine. The top edge of the inside pages has also been gilded gold. Some foxing and tanning visible on the inside pages.
