About This Item
19.5 x 12.5 cm- A tight and unmarked copy- Red cloth with black and gilt lettering, embossed with black and gilt decoration of Nazi eagle. Black leather back strip. Black ribbon book mark-No DJ as issued- " As you read, you have to know it happened, you are there and you become a part of it. From beginning to end these books make you feel from the depths of your soul that; this can't be happening! It just can't be real! My memory of Auschwitz is vivid, but I do believe that book stands out as the most descriptive things that people were made to endure. I still can't fathom how anyone could survive such depraved circumstances. I have never thought about any possession I've had that I don't have now as much as those three books. I want to reread them before I make my transition from this life to the next. I still pray for those people, and I know in my heart, they wanted so badly to live but didn't die in vain. They shall never be forgotten. " -A Believer, Mary Jayne Love
