Cleveland: Freshwater Press. Very Good in Good dust jacket. 1978. Second Printing. Hardcover. "The complete biographical photostory of all existing Great Lakes ships" which includes the origin of each ship's name. There is one page per ship, with a photo and full stats on each of the ships. There is a vessel index in the rear. This is the second printing which was done in 1980 (the first printing was done in 1970). This is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings. The covers are the original black cloth publisher's covers with silver spine lettering and silver cover illustration of a freighter; also includes end paper maps of the Great Lakes. The dust jacket has some marginal chips and tears at the edges. ; B&W Photographs; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 433 pages .
