About This Item

London: R. Ackermann. Poor with no dust jacket. 1815. First Edition. Full-Leather. Both covers are loose, and the leather is gone from the spine. Only 11 of the plates are present. Happily, the plates present are in very nice condition, with very little, if any, foxing. Some IDIOT (probably a certain "horace Goldie" of Nashville, TN) used white medical adhesive tape to fasten the first colored title page to the fep. All in a bundle with the front cover now. Perhaps removable, but I didn't want to mess with it. You find 'em the way you fine 'em. Sold as-is. ; Hardcover; 6x9 1/2" .
