Not Stated, London, 1845. First Edition. Hardcover (rebound in cloth). Very Good Condition/No Dust Jacket. From Louis XIV to the end of the reign and death of the Emperor, comprising marbles bronzes carvings gems decorations medallions drawings miniatures portraits pictures prints vignettes state-papers and manuscripts coins medals books etc. Rebound in grey cloth with pale yellow endpapers. Book weighs nearly six kilograms. Size: Large Book - between A4 and A3 (38 x 28 cm). Text is in French. Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. Heavy foxing front/rear pages, body of book lightly foxed. Previous owner's signature in ink. Marbled edges in good condition. Old water stain to first four pages, and large section at rear of volume has water stains to pages, being the plates at rear (the Facsimile signatures etc).. Quantity Available: 1.
