London: W H Smith/Doubleday Book Club, 1977 Copy in brown cloth on boards in Clipped D/J. Jacket chipped and creased along edges With two small closed tears at base of upper and lower cover. Small label on front blurb flap stating that the copy was damaged in transit. Folios and lower cover have damp discolouration along front margins but this has not affected colour and b/w illustrations.
