Simpkin & Marshall , 1831. Book. Very Good. hardback. 1st Edition. hardback, octavo, lately rebound in half calf with marbled boards and new endpapers and blanks. Lettered gilt to spine, divided by raised bands with compartments blocked with a repeat motif. A very good tightly bound copy with a clean and unmarked text, light foxing to the double page map, engraved frontis and two double page plates, tipped in errata slip, iv + 221pp. A very good copy of a scarce work. .
