Maroon hardcover cloth binding with moderate soiling and shelfwear; protected in custom stiff archival mylar. Illustrated with a black & white frontispiece showing the interior of a settlement home. A few pages with small tears or creases in margins, but an intact and attractive copy of this uncommon publication..
