National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Washington, 1965. First Edition. Softcover. Good Condition (ex-library). Introduction by author, technical data on some radio links, brief notes of interest and references. The text is illustrated with black-and-white line drawings. Peach coloured paperback binding with black coloured illustration and titles to the front panel. First published in 1967 in Moscow, in which the author talks about forecasting long-term weather for the earth based on solar and other data from space. This is an ex-library copy, from the Defence Standards Laboratories Library, and has the faults of same: – library stamps, Including cancellation stamps to the front and rear book panels, library card fixed to the verso of the rear panel. Creasing of the book corners with rubbing of the book edges and panels. To the left hand edge of the front panel there appears to be dust marks from staples. First English Translation.
