Forest Glen, Maryland: [The School; Munder-Thomsen Press], 1908. . 8vo, white cloth, front pictorial, printed in black, gold and green. No copy of this date located; OCLC has three holdings for an edition dated 1909 and two holdings for a 1904 printing; none of them in Maryland.
