UK: Cambridge University Press, 2002. hardcover. very good. Hardcover with jacket, in very good condition. Binding tight, spine fine. Board corners are quite heavily bumped, but cardboard is not exposed. Small tears and other minor wear to jacket. Large remainder mark to bottom of page block. Light foxing to early/rear pages, light spotting to page block edges, text is clean and free from foxing and annotation.
