London: Methuen & Co., 1913. First Edition . Red Cloth. Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Two volumes, 251 & 229 pp., b&w illustrations, folding map; tops and bottoms of spines are quite worn, volume 2 has 3" split to front joint, several rubbed spots where the cloth has worn away on rear joints, small dents at top front covers, light foxing throughout.
