About This Item
London, Chatto and Windus, 2005. First edition, first printing. Book tight, no inscriptions, three pages are dog-eared. Dustwrapper unclipped and minimal edgewear. A lovely book. There's a lot of talk of late of how nature is good for our wellbeing. I have no argument with this, but can't help noticing that most of our nature writers appear to be depressives. The waters can close over all of our heads regardless.
Synopsis

Once an avid book collector, mainly of modern first editions, now retired and looking to simplify my collection. (We need more space for my wife's cookery books.)
