Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Previous owner's inscription to front pastedown. A few dog-eared corners. A few edge tears and creases, as expected with rough cut paper. Boards have some edge wear, with moderate bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are slightly crushed and frayed. Rather scratched, rubbed and marked overall. Mottled and dusty overall. Gilt is bright. Spine is noticeably sunned. Book has a moderate forward lean.
