This is the original first printing from Bulletin of the Bureau of Fisheries Vol.38, document No.924, pp.262-280 plus 7 pages of plates with figures 231-259, not a reprint or book on demand. Staplebound 18,3 x 28 cm. Writing on cover with no other markings. Plain green matte covers torn on spine fold and almost detached, three large chips (5-10%) on back cover. Text block and illustrations not very crisp and lightly yellowed, still perfectly legible.
