Boston: E. P. Dutton & Co, 1868. Map. Lithograph with hand coloring. Measures 24 1/4 x 21 3/4 ". Original brown buckram case with gold title, publisher notes printed inside yellow paste down. Cover not attached. Some wear along original folds, with some loss to border upper right, otherwise in good condition. 1868.<br/> <br/> Scarce case map of Boston and surround with relief shown by hachures. Horse railroads noted. Published at the Boston Map Store with original booklet attached. Oriented with north toward the lower right. Edward Payson Dutton (1831-1923) was a prominent American book publisher. In 1852, Dutton founded the E. P. Dutton bookselling company in Boston, Massachusetts.<br/> <br/>
