A later edition of this cookbook from two dietitians from the Battle Creek Sanatorium. Includes sections on meat substitutes Protose, Vita-met and Nuttolene. Previous owner's inscription to front paste-down. Some light soiling to the printed wallpaper covered boards, otherwise very good.
