New York: The Architectural Book Publishing Company. Very Good. 1913. Hardcover. 36 cm. Sound and square binding, with cloth covered spine and corners, and paper covered boards. Worn along the bottom edge, spine ends and corners. Chipping to edges of the spine title label. Some soil, small spots and scratches to upper and lower boards. Previous owner's name stamped on upper board, front pastedown endpaper and title page. Another owner's name and city is hand printed on the title page. Tiny tear to crease of inner hinge of title page. Otherwise, the inside pages are clean and unmarked, with light toning. Fifty-five measured drawings with full size details of Georgian architectural features of buildings in New England, including the Massachusetts State House, Faneuil Hall, the Old South Church, the Old North Church, and the Old State House, Boston; and also Christ Church, Cambridge. Previously owned by Montreal architect Hugh Valentine. May require extra postage due to weight of book. .
