Significant chipping and tears to corners, edges and creased down the middle of document, causing a tear to every page along the crease line. Water marks, soiling and dirt smudges throughout. Ink writing reading "very valuable" and an unknown signature at top of front cover. Identification stamp on front cover and first page of text. Overall document in Fair to Poor condition..
