The spine is darkened with the head & tail chipped. xi, [i] & 689 pages. There is some staining to the front pastedown & endpaper & the endpaper & flyleaf are creased. There is light soiling to the half-title & title. Profusely illustrated with color & black-and-white maps & with photographic illustrations & diagrams in black & white. Good. <p>From the library of geographer A. K. Lobeck with his stamp on the front endpaper, a typed sheet of "quiz assignments" mounted on the front pastedown, notations on the Contents page and a lecture plan penciled on the verso of the last text page.
