London: Daily Express, 1946. First Edition. (Greycaines, Watford: Daily Express 1946). First UK Edition. A softcover (not issued with a D/W). "This Book Belongs To" neatly filled in (Donald Lane/ Xmas 1946), not price clipped, internally leaves very clean and in near fine condition with no scribbling/colouring in, original pictorial wraps in very near fine condition, minimal rubbing along spine edges and very light crease lower corner of top wrap. Front cover features Rupert looking out at reader through a window. Bill Badger and friends are outside looking in at Rupert. A really super copy. Photographs/scans available upon request.
