New York: Boni & Liveright, 1927. Second printing. Signed presentation copy from Sherwood Anderson to aviation pioneer, Fred L. Black. Inscribed by the author: “To Fred L. Black. Thinking of the memory and such of a man in the advertising department of one of the countries industries. Thinking of the days and years I did that, stealing an occasional day for a poem, a story or a chapter of some novel. Sincerely, Sherwood Anderson. Marion, VA. Dec. 1927.” With Black’s bookplate. Fine in a lightly used dust jacket with a few tiny nicks.
