A Near Fine copy in a Very good plus unclipped dust jacket with a small chip to the bottom edge of the front paenl and a shallow chip to the top edge of the spine. Extremely rare in dust jacket. These fragments and sketches have a poetic quality to them that have the rhythmic quality of today's prose poems. Anderson's primary subjects, whether in his novels, short stories or poems, are men and women, their houses, their moods and manners. He is a writer in the true sense of the word where nothing or no one is lost on him.
