About This Item

Various: The John C. Winston Co., 1927. 3rd Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Richardson, Frederick. Shelf 2 Very good plus condition; fully intact, tight, bright, the most minor of corner wear. Excellent version of nearly 100 year old volume (first and second printings in 1918 and 1920). Book hardly read or used. NOTE: readers did NOT have dust jackets in the early 20th Century (despite other book descriptions). Previous child/owner's name scripted in pencil inside front cover. Adds charm but could be easily erased. Delightful illustrations, sweet stories. A fine specimen of this book. Guaranteed satisfaction; booksellers since 1988.
