Chatto And Windus, 1952. Hardcover. Good/Acceptable. 1952. Revised Edition. 618 pages. Brown dust jacket over white cloth with a colour photographic frontis. Moderate tanning to pages with heavier foxing and tanning to pastedowns and endpapers. Slight dog-eared pages throughout and visible foxing and tanning to text block edges. Both hinges are cracked with exposed netting and book is shaky. Boards have minor sunning and rubbing with heavier bumping to corners. Fair crushing to spine ends and notable sunning to spine. The book is forward leaning. Clipped jacket with major edge wear and visible rubbing and foxing. Major foxing and sunning to spine. Splitting to joints and visible tearing to corners, edges and spine ends. Heavy foxing interior.
