Blue cloth is a little soiled generally, and there is a small tear in the cloth at the top of the spine. Pages are lightly foxed throughout the book. Endpapers and page edges are somewhat darkened and dusty. Includes color and half tone illustrations, appendix, and an index; 279 pages. Foreword by the Earl of Durham. A history of the English horse racing scene.
