The Ngandi language was probably ony spoken fluently by about 6 people at the time of writing. Most spoke other languages such as Nunggubuyu, Ngalakan, Ritharngu or Alawa in addition to Pidgin English. Since they were scattered at several settlements (Ngukurr, Numbulwar, Roper Valley etc) there was no likelihood the language would survive much longer.In three parts: grammar, dictionary and supplements; and texts, along with numerous tables and figures.. First Edition. Soft Cover. Very Good. Small 4to.
