Paris: Mouton & Co, 1963. Wraps. Cream colored stiff paper wraps, blue and black lettering on front cover and spine, 8vo, 491 pp. Illustrated with photographs, drawings and maps (including 6 large fold-out maps). X-college library, with usual markings, but a very clean reading copy. No marks in text, binding tight. Covers are clean, but there is a 2" tear at the bottom front joint. Book condition Good (mainly due to library markings).
