Generously illustrated with a profusion of black and white photographs of Tsar Nicholas II, including family members and the sumptuous estates they inhabited. With a chronology and a genealogy. Bound in blue textured cloth with blindstamped front cover, gilt lettering on spine. Slight age toning to dust jacket, else Fine. Photos were culled from relatives and friends including HRH Princess Euegenie of Greece, HH Prince Vasili of Russia and Earl Mountbatten of Burma. Others who assisted were Duke Serge von Leuchtenberg, prince Serge Belosselsky, Countess Marie Kleinmichel, et al. Dust jacket is now protected in a removable clear, archival sleeve.
