The spine ends and corners of the book cover have some light bumping and rubbing. There are two small, generally light creases to the top front corner of the book cover along with some very light rubbing and beginning edge wear to the edges of the book cover. The spine has one very light crease and some light but noticeable rubbing to the spine joints. There is one horizontal light crack / crease to the spine of the book. The top rear cover has a semi-closed tear (approx. 1/4th " deep). The text pages are clean, but toned due to the acid content of the paper All edges of the text block are stained a dark red color (done by the publisher).
