New York: W. W. Norton & Company, 1971. First Printing. HB. Quarter red cloth and gray paper covered boards, gilt lettering on spine, 8vo, 224 pp., orange endpapers. First American edition, with full number line, ofIrish authors second novel. Clean, unmarked book, binding tight, very small sticker residue rear endpaper. In nice dust jacket that has one 1/4" closed tear top front panel, faint sticker residue front panel, minor chipping top and bottom of spine. Colors on dust jacket are bright and unfaded. Dust jacket has the original price of $5.95 at top inside flap, but bottom of flap is clipped, probably by publisher. Book condition NF in VG DJ.
