A 1882 reprint of the c. 1467 edition, which is considered one of the earliest printed cooking books and was printed to provide royal English recipes and dining instructions to staff. Full vellum with gilt title to spine and decorations to covers. Foredge and bottom edge untrimmed. A nice clean copy with no previous owners' names or other defacements.
