Stiff wrs., vol.1 of 4 only,[22] b.w. collotype photos of 44 Noh drama masks, 26.5 x 38 cm., no text, Japanese text, right cover edge restored cover edge restored, covers bit dusty, else contents clean. This work contains 22 large format pages, with two female Noh masks per page. Each page is preceeded by a tissue guard, showing each mask name, type of mask, and the historic details, woman's name as used in the Noh play. . * CONDIDTION: This is a partial volume 1, from the set. The back cover is provided in facsimile, buff cotton thread stitched.
