1937-01-01. Hardcover. Acceptable. Not signed by author and has penciled name and address of former owner on t.p.; 7th printing, December 21, 1937; gutters are cracked. However, it has wonderful map end pages., deckle edges, and all 709 pages are clean and unmarked. In absence of d.j. the dark green boards have slight bumping of corners and gilt lettering on spine is almost effaced. Blind-stamped image of Native Americans on front board.
