Returns: all items may be returned for any reason within thirty days of receipt, as long they are in the same condition as they were delivered, for a full refund of the purchase price and the original shipping costs.All return shipments must be sent as a registered shipment (unless the seller and the buyer are making prior different arrangements) and equally carefully packed as received from us.
Please note our COVID19 information: during the COVID19 Pandemic many countries experience significant delays in accepting international packages and have delays in delivering the mail. Therefore most of our international shipments will be sent by Federal Express. We are fully able to ship timely to the United States, we ship at the moment only with Federal Express to maximize the guarantee of your delivery!
Condition: all items are guaranteed originals, published around the date as specified in our description. A more detailed condition report can be always requested by email. All measurements are given in millimeters (mm) and inches (inch).

Payments: all prices are net in Euros and do not include postage. Upon delivery the buyer has to unpack and prove the condition immediately upon delivery, to report an eventual transport damage. As well, if an an eventual transport damage should be unfortunately happened , the buyer has to notify the seller immediately by email or phone.
Framed items can be shipped only, if the seller and the buyer are making special arrangements for the shipment. The costs for shipping of a framed or oversized item will be calculated individually.The seller is not liable, if the buyer or a third party hurts himself or a damage occurs to a third object or third party, while unpacking the package (i.d. with broken glass of a framed item, which was damaged in transport).
Export licenses for cultural goods: among other items certain antiquarian books, printed antique maps (over 200 years old) and antique prints are defined by law as cultural goods.These items hardly require an export license when sent to destinations outside the European Union, unless:the item is printed before the year 1500 (even items with low prices, there is a zero price limit for incunabula)the value of a printed map is equal or more then 15,000 Euro or the value of a book is equal or more then 50,000 Euro.There is a additional fee of 25 Euro charged by the German authorities for issuing the license, which we will charge you manually in addition to our offered shipping costs.If an item, which you have ordered, does require an export license we will notify you, to get your approval for the additional costs and the extra time we need. Normally an export license is granted after two, latest three weeks, depending on the item or situation.
