Washington D.C.: The National Rifle Association of America, 1946. First Edition. 8vo. 23.5cm x 16cm. Publisher's burgundy cloth titled in gilt and blue to spine and front board, some rubbing and scuffing to extremities, bumping to spine ends and a couple of old paint spots to the rear panel. A heavy book, but able to carry its own weight. A very good copy. 638pp. Internally clean, printed on slightly glossy paper and illustrated throughout with photographs ans diagrams of a veritable cornucopia of handguns.
