Black and white photographic illustrations, some full page with tissue cards with printed captions, others in the text, 294pp, closed tears in the margins of two leaves and slightly stained lower endpaper, front free endpaper creased, lower cover bumped at upper edge. Bound in marbled paper covered boards with a cloth spine. Paper covered boards worn with loss at edges and corners. Quarto. A good copy. Catalogue for an auction held in March 1906. Text in French. .
