Arlington Hts., Illinois: Dark Harvest, 1991., 1991.. Very good. LIMITED EDITION SIGNED BY 32 CONTRIBUTORS - Octavo, 9-3/8 inches high by 6-1/8 inches wide. Black cloth titled in gilt on the spine, in a pictorial dust wrapper. There are a couple of tiny tears to the edges of the dust jacket. [4] leaves & 317 pages, illustrated with a frontispiece and 7 full-page plates by Roger Gerberding. Near fine in a very good dust wrapper.
The Publisher's Copy "PC" of the Deluxe First Edition, limited to 500 copies, signed by 32 of the contributors, including Dan Simmons, Dean Koontz, Gary Raiser, Nancy Holder, etc.
An inscription penned in an unidentified hand across the bottom of the frontispiece reads: "For Holly Van Wye / I hate your boyfriend for beating me out of my book, but I hear you're swell, so... Enjoy!"
