Thick Octavo. 826 pp, parface byLadislas Holy, 16 papers by contributing authors with footnotes - plates - maps - b&w photos, etc. No index. 5.75" x 8.75" blue leather boards, gilt spine letters, in clipped manila DJ in acetate protector. DJ chipped at top spine & less to bottom spine. Ffep & t.p. show minor separatinn in fr gutter, with same in rear. No looseness or shakiness, just the result of very large textblock. Foreedge of texblock shows very slight imperfection along top rear. Some shelf-wear to lower fore-edge due to large textblock handing off spine. The cloth backing looks intact. .
