ND [1869] 1st English Edition oblong h/b, all edges gilt, b&w illus EX-LIBRARY Disbound but complete (all plates present) & quite clean with a little aging at page edges but not affecting plates content. Reverse of each plate has a discreet, light library stamp, & lemon eps EX-LIBRARY WITHDRAWN but still fully intact with gilt decorated covers, which are sl stained & worn at corners, but could be retained within a rebinding project that preserves 'originality' since content loose only due to weight of heavy gloss quality paper & gilting. A set of lovely woodcut line-drawings 54 racy 'Greek' drawings by G de Roussy
