Frederick II was the most famous King of Prussia, notable for his 46 years of reign. He served and ruled over Brandenburg-Prussia and was a significant force in the Wars of Polish and Austrian Succession. Throughout his life, Frederic II wrote numerous works, most of which deal with military instruction and history of war. Perhaps his 'History of the Seven Years War' is his most famous, a work detailing not only his involvement in the war, but the outcomes and their influence on European history.
