Very large, sturdy book, quality black cloth, very bright gilt lettering on spine, maps for finding the comet in Northern Hemisphere inside front cover and adjacent end paper, for Southern Hemisphere inside back cover and adjacent end paper, 184 heavy glossy pages, many full page illustrations as well as glossy photo sections throughout. DJ glossy black with an illustration of comet at top, people watching along bottom front and back, red and yellow lettering, a color portrait in yellow frame of author at top back. DJ has tiny surface nick at spine top eft and spine bottom right edge, very slight surface wear at top back tip, tiny tear at top back edge. Near Very Good DJ/Very Fine book.
