A Beautiful example of two colour (red & black) printing from the dawn of the 18th century. Text is crisp & clear on perfectly preserved rag paper. Typography is exquisite. A fine red & black portrait of Jesus Christ with crown of thorns adorns the title-page. Superbly bound in modern 3/4 burgundy leather over marbled boards. Five raised bands at spine with gilt title & date. Size, proportion, typography & design make this an aesthetically desirable item. PHOTO available
